Store policies

Thank you for your order! I hope this purchase brings you joy. I’m so glad I can share my animals with you in this special way.  Check out the store policies and reach out with any questions.

Shipping

Items are shipped in  4-12 days depending on item. Please allow additional time for delivery. Delivery times are out of our hands and can take up to 30 days. Please CONFIRM your shipping address. We can not re-ship because the wrong address was entered. If you have any concerns or questions please email savannah@katievanslyke.net

Refunds & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Email image to: savannah@katievanslyke.net

**Please note, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order!**

Returns

We do not require customers to return any items if a refund is authorized (a photo of the damaged item will be required).

Cancellations

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been pushed to production. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible. To request a cancellation please email: savannah@katievanslyke.net 

Changed Your Mind

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
